Hello, I'm Tomeka Harris, the creator of the Life Resurrected blog.
My journey has been shaped by resilience, faith, and a deep commitment to inspiring others through my experiences.

Originally from Albany, Georgia, my life has taken me through various challenges, including navigating two tumultuous marriages and raising two incredible sons, one of whom inspires me daily with his strength in facing autism.
​
In December 2022, my life took a dramatic turn when I became the victim of a terrifying kidnapping. This event thrust me into the public eye, where I was unfortunately labeled and misunderstood in the media. Seeking solace and healing, I retreated from public view for a time, relying on my faith to guide me through a period of personal reflection and renewal.
​
Out of this experience emerged Life Resurrected—a platform dedicated to sharing stories of triumph over adversity. Through heartfelt blog posts, I aim to offer encouragement, practical wisdom, and a sense of community to those navigating their own challenges.

My journey is a testament to the power of faith and resilience. It's not just about surviving; it's about thriving and using my voice to uplift others. I invite you to join me on this journey of healing, hope, and discovering the beauty of life resurrected.
